Responsibilities
- Driver's license and clean driving record are required IF you would like to eventually progress to a lead tech
- Carpet, VCT (strip and wax), LVT, Tile & Grout, Wood burnishing, Laminate, and upholstery
- Learning different cleaning equipment and assisting with specialized project work jobs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and OSHA regulations
- Use proper PPE where required
- Opens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as require.
Physical Demands and Qualifications:
- Having a clean NYS Driver License and reliable transportation is a requirement.
- Must be willing to work evenings and nights. Willing to work during the day is a plus
- Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
- Need to be able to lift and manipulate cleaning equipment up to appx 75 lbs.
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
- Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
- Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
- Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
