What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contents Cleaning Lead Technician position at ServiceMaster by Crossroads Restoration Services?
The Lead Contents Cleaning Technician position has daily responsibilities that include but are not limited to:
- inventorying of contents
- written and/or digital inventory of contents on the job site
- cleaning residential/commercial properties
- driving to and from job site
- moving/lifting/packing furniture and/or boxes
It is the responsibility of the Lead Contents Cleaning Technician to come to work each day in a neat, clean, upbeat, enjoyable and presentable fashion that best represents ServiceMaster by Crossroads Restoration Services.
Lead Contents Cleaning Technician will report directly to the Contents Division Manager.
This is a Monday thru Friday 8am - 5pm position with the ability to participate in an on-call rotation and work OT/after hours as needed.
Pay will coincide with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
