Lead Restoration Technician

ServiceMaster by Crossroads Restoration Services is currently expanding our team by adding a Lead Technician in our Commercial Water Department. We are currently only accepting applicants with a minimum of 2 years of insurance restoration related experience, candidates must also hold at least one IICRC certification.

Responsibilities of the Lead Restoration Technician :

• Demonstrate concern and interest in each customer and in the service provided to each customer.
• Speak and interact with employees and customers in a professional manner.
• Perform all projects per company process and IICRC guidelines.
• Accurately track, document, & provide all information required to prepare itemized estimates and change orders utilizing company provided software.
• Attend classes and workshops for professional development.
• Lead team to complete projects while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications of the Restoration Technician :

• 2 years minimum experience
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass Criminal Back Ground Check
• Able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Able to follow & provide work directives
• Able to wear PPE for extended periods of time.
• Able to work in non-climate controlled environments for ext0ended periods of time.
• Ability to be on-call
