ServiceMaster by Crossroads Restoration Services is currently hiring for a Restoration Support ADM. We are currently only accepting applicants with a minimum of 1 year in insurance restoration related experience.

Responsibilities
-Manage Claim Cycle from start to finish, marking tasks complete when ready and gathering data where needed
-Ensure timelines are being met with third party administrators, and other programs for insurance carriers
-Effectively communicate with mitigation manager on punch lists for active jobs to ensure proper cycle time.
-Effectively communicate with technicians to ensure data is being captured and stored in the proper place.
-Effectively communicate with ServiceMaster business development consultant to maintain strict guidelines for the claims management process.
-Assist field technicians in Water/Fire/Mold mitigation as needed
-Participate in Admin On-Call rotation
Qualifications
* 1 year minimum experience in Restoration or related field
* Valid drivers license
* Clean driving record
* Ability to pass Criminal Background Check
*Xactanalysis/Xactimate/MICA Experience preferred but not required
