Job Summary:
- Water and Smoke Damage Clean up
- Demolition
- Proper setup and take down of drying equipment
- Monitor drying conditions in atmosphere and building materials
- Daily communications with homeowners, office staff, managers, etc.
- Handling and cleaning of homeowners contents after a fire or smoke damage.
- Cleaning of homes after damaged by smoke or fire.
- Construction
Qualifications:
- Experience is not required
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Be ready, willing and able to work and be available for overtime when needed.
- Be able to work unsupervised.
- Have a great attitude, be trust worthy, be dependable, and have a pleasant personality.
- Willingness to undergo a background check, driving record check, and regular employee drug screenings.
- Have a valid drivers license.
- Previous experience in professional cleaning, restoration or construction is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
