Apprentice Program – Restoration Technicians
Have you been displaced by the Pandemic? We want to get you back to working and developing skills in our industry. We have developed a process where you can change careers and learn and get paid. The restoration industry is a great match for people that like to work with their hands, and care about helping people in need.
You will learn hands-on skills, in many different departments, water, odor, fire, mold, bio cleaning, packing, and moving, and emergency services. Many people who will learn in the field, online and in morning meetings. Plus, once you reach certain levels you will get to attend a certification class to be certified. Once you achieve expertise with your hands-on skills, you will learn documentation, paperwork, customer care and learn to manage assignments.
The work is challenging and rewarding in many ways, you will help people that are having a difficult time and when you complete the job the smile on their face makes all the hard work worth it. At the same time, you will be entering a great recession proof industry with a real future.

“C Technician” Mastering Hands on skills that the assignments require
“B Technician” Learning documentation, financial responsibility, leading and training others
“A Technician” improving executive functioning skills, being consistent with documentation and verbal communication.
“Project Manager” Accountable for assignments in the field
“Department Manager” Taking on hiring, training, motivation for a whole department, responsible for the Profit and loss of a department. Achieving revenue goals, etc.
“General Manager” All operation departments being accountable for their performance
