About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the heartbeat of our Water Restoration Division. You’ll manage claims from start to finish, keeping customers, field teams, and insurance providers in sync. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love keeping things organized, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do
Be the main point of contact for customers, providing updates and support.
Coordinate field personnel schedules for efficient service delivery.
Ensure compliance tasks and job deadlines are met.
Upload and organize job-related photos and documents in real time.
Gather missing homeowner and insurance information as needed.
Assist customers with job related questions
Handle customer concerns, document resolutions, and escalate as necessary.
What You Need
High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s or equivalent experience preferred).
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail.
Physical & Work Conditions
Occasionally lift up to 20 lbs.
Prolonged sitting, typing, and phone use.
Frequent communication and data entry tasks.
