What You’ll Do as a Lead Water Restoration Technician
As a vital member of our team, you’ll lead crews to deliver exceptional water mitigation services. Your role includes:
- Supervising technicians on residential and commercial restoration projects.
- Managing all phases of water restoration—extraction, demolition, cleaning, equipment setup, and monitoring.
- Communicating with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and project managers.
- Documenting progress accurately using job management software.
- Training and developing a team of 2-4 technicians.
- Ensuring compliance with IICRC and ServiceMaster standards.
What We’re Looking For
To excel in this role, you’ll need:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in the restoration industry, with leadership experience preferred.
- Certifications: IICRC WRT and ARD certifications are a plus.
- Skills: Strong customer service, communication, and tech-savviness.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in various conditions (crawl spaces, attics, etc.).
- Reliability: A clean driving record, valid license, and ability to pass a background check.
