What are the responsibilities and job description for the Experienced Restoration Water Technician position at ServiceMaster CDR?
- Lead and oversee restoration projects from start to finish.
- Demonstrate expertise in water and fire damage mitigation, including applied structural drying, smoke remediation and mold remediation.
- Adherence to industry standards and company protocols.
- Coordinate with colleagues, customers, and insurance adjusters, to ensure project success.
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Certifications: Current or recently expired IICRC certifications any of the following: WRT, ASD, AMRD, FST, CC highly preferred. Additional state certifications and licensing such as Mold are highly preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in water and fire restoration.
- Skills: Strong practical skills in restoration, excellent communication, and great work ethic.
- Attitude: A results-driven, problem-solving mindset with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
