As a Lead Fire Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of disaster restoration, supervising crews, ensuring top-tier service, and making a real impact by helping homeowners and businesses recover from fire and smoke damage. We’re looking for a driven leader who can handle demolition, cleaning, equipment setup, and pack-outs while ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Lead and supervise a team of technicians on residential & commercial projects
✅ Oversee fire restoration phases, including demolition, cleaning, and equipment setup
✅ Communicate proactively with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and project managers
✅ Accurately document job progress using restoration software (Contents Track, iCAT, Restore 365)
✅ Maintain a professional company image and ensure vehicles & equipment are job-ready
✅ Train and develop technicians, ensuring safety and quality standards are met
✅ Be available for emergency response and on-call rotations
What You Bring:
✔ 3 years of restoration experience (fire/smoke preferred)
✔ Leadership experience in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
✔ Strong customer service and communication skills
✔ Tech-savviness – ability to use mobile devices and job tracking software
✔ IICRC FSRT & OCT certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Ability to lift 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and wear a respirator when needed
✔ Clean driving record & background check required
