What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Water Technician I position at ServiceMaster CDR?
- Lead and oversee water restoration projects from start to finish.
- Demonstrate expertise in water damage mitigation, applied structural drying, and mold remediation.
- Train and mentor team members to ensure adherence to industry standards and company protocols.
- Coordinate with customers, insurance adjusters, and team members to ensure project success.
- Maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Certifications: Current or recently expired WRT (Water Damage Restoration Technician), ASD (Applied Structural Drying) certifications required. Additional certifications and licensing such as Mold are highly preferred.
- Experience: Proven leadership experience as a Lead or Crew Chief, with at least 2 years of progressive experience in the restoration industry.
- Skills: Strong practical skills in restoration, excellent communication, and the ability to manage projects effectively.
