What You’ll Be Doing:
✅ Lead & Supervise: Oversee field teams, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
✅ Drive Quality & Compliance: Maintain industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
✅ Enhance Performance: Monitor KPIs, financial goals, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
✅ Schedule & Plan: Collaborate with project managers and coordinators to create and execute project schedules.
✅ Customer Engagement: Act as a point of contact for adjusters, clients, and team members, ensuring seamless communication.
✅ Hands-On Leadership: Provide training, verify work progress, and ensure projects meet our high standards.
What You Bring to the Table:
✔ 2 years of experience in restoration (fire damage preferred)
✔ Leadership & supervisory experience
✔ FSRT/OCT Certifications (or willingness to obtain)
✔ Tech-savvy mindset – Experience with iCat, ContentsTrack, Restore365 is a plus!
✔ Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
✔ Ability to problem-solve and adapt to changing circumstances
✔ Valid driver’s license & ability to pass a background check
✔ Physical stamina – Ability to climb ladders, lift 50 lbs, and work in various conditions
