Key Responsibilities:
As an SRM or Large Loss Project Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality in every project. Your role will include:
- Leading teams, managing line-ups, and ensuring all staff and subcontractors operate safely and efficiently.
- Overseeing job site organization, quality control, and documentation.
- Setting up temporary offices, managing equipment and supplies, and maintaining meticulous records.
- Training and supporting supervisors to achieve outstanding results.
- Traveling nationwide to mobilize and manage large-scale restoration projects.
What You’ll Bring:
- Experience: 3-5 years in Large Loss Project Management.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, restoration equipment, and project management software.
- Certifications: clean driving record required, OSHA certifications highly preferred
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, lift, and drive long hours.
- A strong sense of urgency, attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to Travel: Ability to be able to travel with short notice, during CAT and Large Loss events
