We are a growing Commercial Cleaning organization located in Romeoville, IL. We are currently seeking an individual who is Honest, organized, Humble. Experience in a small business. Qualified candidates must have excellent analytical, organizational, with reasoning skills.
Essential Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To:

- Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, including preparation of monthly invoices and maintaining client and vendor records.
- Payroll, Payroll taxes
- Month-end reconciliation; review for accuracy and prepare monthly financial reports and journal entries
- General Ledger maintenance
- Maintain company contracts, vendor, and other accounting files
- Will report directly to the President of the company.
- Assist the President with any needs regarding scheduling, meetings, organization, direction, and communication with the staff of the company.
- Assist the President with any personal management needs.
- Extensive knowledge of generally accepted Accounting Principals
- Proficient in Quickbooks Accounting Software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong verbal and written communication and strong customer service orientation-Ability to work with minimal supervision
- 2-4 years of small business experience
