- Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and delivery schedules.
- Provide accurate information about applications and pricing.
- Address customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and ensure timely resolution.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using the company's order management system.
- Provide guidance to customers.
- Assist customers with basic troubleshooting related to product applications or delivery concerns.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Basic computer skills.
