We are currently looking to add a floor technician to our ServiceMaster team. Pay is based on experience. Team is willing to teach the skills necessary to perform the job-though remodeling/carpentry skills are needed.
Job Position Description:
This position is responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and repairing carpeted and hard floor surfaces. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Performing cleaning and maintenance.
- Stripping, waxing and buffing needed areas of building.
- Carpet cleaning and floor restoration.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, and reaching
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
- Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
- Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
- Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
