A Major Restoration Company is seeking technicians (helpers) and experienced Crew Chiefs (Supervisors). Who specializes in the cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial property after a fire, smoke, or water damage situation.

Primary Responsibilities :
- 40 hours / week , flexible to work overtime when required. Vary between 7 : 30 a.m. and 6 p.m.
- Explain the process and answer customer questions, as needed.
- Monitor, communicate and respond to customer needs / concerns.
- Perform production processes as scheduled and ensure quality control.
- Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details.
