At ServiceMaster by Moline we offer competitive pay. As a Cleaning Technician for ServiceMaster by Moline, you would be responsible for cleaning one or more of our community's important local businesses.
Monday - Friday DAYS | Full Time | 32-35 hrs per week
Pay:
We start this position at $16/hr. After a 90-day assessment, we will review your compensation and consider possible career advancement within ServiceMaster by Moline.
Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for creating cleaner, healthier environments for our customers by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Some of these duties may vary and/or other duties may be assigned:
- Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, etc..
- 1-2 years experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper a plus but not required
- Will provide on the job training.
- Positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
- Has respect and understanding for co-workers and customers
- Must be able to speak, write and read in English
Qualifications:
- Speak, write and read in English
- Ability to read cleaning instructions
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
- Clean and Valid Driver's License
- Your own Reliable Transportation
- Be able to pass a criminal background check
