At ServiceMaster by Moline we offer competitive pay, and after 90 days, vacation pay and paid birthday. As a Janitorial Technician for ServiceMaster by Moline, you would be responsible for cleaning one of our community's important local businesses.
Salary:
We start this position at $18/hr. After a 90-day assessment, we will review your compensation and consider possible career advancement within ServiceMaster by Moline.

Responsibilities:
Friday - Tuesday Evenings | 4PM - 2AM Availability
These positions are responsible for creating cleaner, healthier environments for our customers by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Some of these duties may vary and/or other duties may be assigned:
- Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, trash, bathrooms, vacuuming, etc..
- 1-2 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper a plus but not required
- Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
- Has respect and understanding for co-workers and customers
- Must be able to communicate in English
Qualifications:
- Ability to read cleaning instructions
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
- Valid Drivers License
- Reliable Transportation
- Be able to pass a criminal background check
