Floor Tech

Job Type : Full-Time, Variable Schedule

Shift : Second Shift (4 : 30 PM – End of Night, typically 8 hours but may be longer)

Weekend Availability : Required (hours may vary, may include first shift)

Pay :

• 18.00 / hr for Floor Tech duties
• 16.00 / hr for Janitorial duties

Job Overview :

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Floor Tech & Janitorial Team Member . This role is split between two main responsibilities : specialized floor care and general janitorial duties.

Key Responsibilities :

Floor Tech Duties ($18 / hr)

• Waxing, stripping, buffing, burnishing, and cleaning floors
• Carpet cleaning and maintenance
• Operating floor care equipment safely and effectively

Janitorial Duties ($16 / hr)

• Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
• Replenishing dispensers (soap, paper towels, etc.)
• Other general cleaning tasks as needed

Requirements :

Must have a valid driver’s license

Background check required

Some experience preferred (floor care experience is a plus!)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong work ethic – honest, diligent, and kind

Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends
