- Additional compensation available for time spent out of town.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of large-scale residential and commercial rebuild projects, often in various locations.
- Direct communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Cultivate and maintain a robust network of subcontractors that can mobilize quickly for project demands.
- Manage logistics for materials, permits, inspections, and project timelines to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
- Address technical issues, report to the Vice President of Construction, and ensure all projects adhere to the defined scope and specifications.
- Assist in the change order process, including estimation, approval, and documentation.
- Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all construction tasks, managing multiple projects concurrently.

- Company vehicle provided along with a company phone, laptop and all appropriate PPE to ensure safety
- Steady, year-round work in a rapidly expanding industry.
- Unlimited bonus potential based on performance, especially when working out of town.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in construction, with a proven track record in managing large loss or complex reconstruction projects.
- Leadership: Ability to lead and shape a positive team culture, managing both in-house and subcontractor teams.
- Travel: Willing to travel and stay out of town for approximately 182 days per year
- Network: Must have an established base of subcontractors who can mobilize for projects across different regions.
- Skills:
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Capable of managing multiple high-value projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver's license; ability to lift over 50 lbs.
- Compliance: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Software: Experience with Xactimate is highly beneficial.
