The Position: We’re looking for a Project Manager to oversee projects for residential & commercial losses caused by fire, water, mold and natural disasters. This person will develop relationships to build and grow accounts and manage projects.
Salary starts at: $110K Annually
The PM will be responsible for informing the client, the adjuster and all concerned parties of the daily activities along with the general status of the project utilizing the Project Manager Report (PMR)
Initial Damage Assessment walkthrough with client
Develop and implement Scope of Loss with client or adjuster.
Write SRM Contract and “Not to Exceed” proposal for client and insurance company/adjuster.
Conduct project meetings with Supervisors and field clerk outlining the scope of work or changes in the scope of the work.

Requirements:
- Travel up to 90 days at a time.
- Minimum 2 years large loss experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) • 2-3 years Clerk of the works, T&M Pro and/or Xactimate experience a plus
- Proactively identify and solve problems to minimize risk.
