What are the responsibilities and job description for the Equipment/Fleet Foreman position at ServiceMaster Dynamic Cleaning?
We are in search of someone to manage our fleet/equipment and warehouses. This integral person is responsible for:
- Restoration Equipment maintenance and repair
- Fleet maintenance / minor repairs of 22 vehicles and 2 trailers
- Scheduling of vehicle repairs that cannot be completed in house
- Some shop maintenance / Handy man services
- Purchasing of chemicals and supplies as needed
- some maintenance and repair of buildings.
Skills:
High work ethic and Strong organizational skills
Basic proficiency with computer or tablet
Strong communication, a positive attitude, and a high sense of urgency
mechanically inclined
Must possess a clean drivers record and pass a background check
