What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduling Coordinator/Customer Service position at ServiceMaster Dynamic Cleaning?
ServiceMaster Dynamic Cleaning has been in business for over 24 years. We are an experienced and successful Disaster Restoration company that provides first-class service to businesses and homeowners throughout Massachusetts and Rhode Island after a fire, water, or mold disaster. We are a fast-paced office seeking a detail-oriented customer service professional. This role is the go-to person for scheduling, phone communications, emails, notes , scanning and equipment tracking for our jobs. Must possess excellent telephone and customer service etiquette and dedication to finding answers to problems promptly. Candidate should have a problem solving mentality with a pleasant disposition. Reliability is critical.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and scheduling new jobs
- Working with Project Managers to coordinate and manage the schedule
- Utilizing multiple databases to ensure job information is accurate
- Additional projects on an as needed basis
Key Skills:
- Phone based customer service experience - call center experience a plus
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to prioritize job tasks based off company's daily schedule and needs
- Self-motivated
- Works efficiently as a team member and individually
Excellent attention to detail and ability to ask questions
