Lead Water Restoration Technician

Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise a team of water restoration technicians in executing water damage restoration projects.

- Conduct thorough assessments of water damage and develop appropriate restoration plans.

- Perform water extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes.

- Utilize industry-standard equipment and techniques for water damage mitigation.

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations throughout restoration projects.

- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

- Maintain detailed records of project activities, including work performed and materials used.

- Collaborate with other team members to deliver high-quality and timely restoration services.

- Stay current on industry trends, certifications, and best practices.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in water damage restoration and mitigation.

- IICRC certification (Water Damage Restoration Technician) preferred.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, and operating restoration equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
