As a Branch Manager, you will manage the overall performance of the branch, including marketing, sales, operations, and administrative functions. You'll ensure the safety of all branch employees and the productivity of office staff and field crews. Additionally, you'll be responsible for forecasting and managing the budget, identifying market trends, ensuring quality control, and building and maintaining customer relationships.

Duties and responsibilities
- Oversee branch production operations for efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with senior management to market services effectively.
- Ensure accurate project estimates and high sales closing rates.
- Monitor daily operations and adjust schedules for optimal performance.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and resolve complaints.
- Manage equipment maintenance and availability.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; enforce safety protocols.
- Conduct operational audits and develop corrective action plans.
- Assist with large loss claims and ensure budget targets are met.
- Set and monitor weekly production goals.
Qualifications
- College education required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in branch management or similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage budgets and meet financial targets.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and training programs
- Required: Valid Driver’s License
Physical and Mental requirements

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
