Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Bookkeeper/Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the accounting department to maintain accurate financial records. Your responsibilities will include recording and verifying transactions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of best practices in accounting.

Responsibilities
  • Enter financial data and transactions
  • Verify the accuracy of transactions that have been entered
  • Analyze budgets and other financial information
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Use of Xactimate for estimating purpose
  • Basic office admin duties
Qualifications
  • Must have accounting experience
  • Previous experience as an accountant, bookkeeper, or similar position
  • Good with spreadsheets, experienced in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
  • Previous mitigation/restoration industry experience is preferred but not necessary
