Fire Cleaning Technician

ServiceMaster Restoration of Wilmington is seeking out motivated individuals who possess a positive attitude and are dedicated to and take pride in their work. Cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. We will train you!! Salary depends on experience. The salary range listed is for entry-level applicants.

Job Position Description :

• Perform detailed cleaning duties for residents after homes and businesses have experienced a fire or construction has been completed using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
• Packing contents and assisting in moving contents
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Use proper Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) where required; i.e. face masks, gloves, shoe booties, etc...
• Perform water mitigation duties as needed

Physical Demands and Qualifications :

• Constant standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching overhead / forward.
• Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions.
• Must be able to lift and / or carry 25 lbs.
• Must contribute to a positive work environment with a pleasant attitude and team effort, including being responsible and dependable.
• Must have respect and understanding for customers and co-workers.
• May be required to work more than 8 hours per day.
