This position is responsible for managing client inquiries, coordinating restoration efforts, and maintaining effective communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Position Summary
The Customer Care Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring exceptional service and support for clients affected by disasters. This position is responsible for managing client inquiries, coordinating restoration efforts, and maintaining effective communication between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate crews for various restoration jobs based on project timelines and client needs.
- Ensure that all team members are informed of job details, site locations, and required materials.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project status and address any concerns.
- Quickly resolve any client issues or complaints, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Provide clients with information about the restoration process, timelines, and safety protocols.
- Track down and organize necessary forms and documentation related to restoration projects, including contracts, insurance claims, and work orders.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and documentation in the company’s CRM system.
- Provides support to the Intake Team in times of high call volume.
- Keep work areas clean and organized throughout the restoration process.
- Other duties as assigned or apparent.
Skills/Qualifications
Required
- Two or more years of proven experience in customer service.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Technologically competent.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams and clients.
Preferred
- Previous experience working in the Restoration industry is a plus.
Work Environment
This role is in a hybrid role working in an office work environment. This position will primarily be indoors, working near or around other individuals in an office setting.
Physical Demands
Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to lift and small carry parcels, packages and other items, to walk short distances, and sit for extended periods of time.
