DUTIES
Identifies potential prospects that could need our services
Develops relationships with agents, adjusters, property managers and professional organizations
Sells and markets ServiceMaster Restore to both residential and commercial line insurance carriers and other potential prospects
Sells and markets ServiceMaster Restore to commercial property managers and other organizations
Assists in developing marketing strategy for potential new accounts
Ensures tracking of sales results on a consistent basis in relation to established goals
Consistently working to develop new relationships in the insurance industry
Hosting outings for current customers
Some travel is required
QUALIFICATIONS
Sales and Marketing experience required
Familiarity with the restoration industry is a plus
Must be self-motivated
Must have strong communication and presentation skills
Must be familiar with Microsoft Office software
Prior insurance restoration marketing a plus
Must be able to travel
Must have the ability to work independently with limited supervision
Must have the ability to work within team environment
Must have the ability to develop written correspondence and also make oral presentations
Must possess excellent written and verbal skills
Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
