The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing roofing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of roofing systems and restoration processes.
Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Coordination :
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, insurance companies, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
Team Management :
Lead and manage a team of roofing professionals, subcontractors, and laborers.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance to team members.
Ensure all team members adhere to safety standards and company policies.
Quality Control :
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications.
Address any issues or deficiencies promptly to maintain high standards of workmanship.
Budget Management :
