This position is TEMPORARY for approximately 3 months, due to the demand of the California fires, but may work into a full time position.
Job Overview :
A Restoration Contents Associates assists the contents technicians and supervisor to monitor, inspect and completes tasks for restoration jobs to ensure completion of cleaning, pack-out of contents and various fire restoration activities. The contents Associate assists with documentation to include notes, photos and documents according to company policies and procedures to ensure reimbursement from insurance companies, as well as explains processes used to complete active jobs and next steps to resolution in person to customers.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Assists with work orders, ensures appropriate equipment and supplies are loaded on truck needed for job.
