Job Position Description :

This position is responsible for creating cleaner, healthier environments for our customer’ by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Duties that may be assigned :

• Perform all cleaning duties using provided ServiceMaster products, tools and procedures.
• Laundry Duties include : sorting, washing, drying, pressing and folding clothes & other textile items
• Pick up textiles from customers for cleaning
• Removing stains from items using appropriate procedures
• Inventory textiles using Encircle program
• Learn to operate the Esporta wash system and become a certified operator
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude, keep a clean workplace and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time.
• Has respect and understanding for co-workers and customers; as well as company equipment.
• Maintenance of laundry equipment including weekly, monthly and yearly maintenance on the Esporta was system

Second Shift

• Hours : 6 : 00 AM - 2 : 30 PM
• Full Time - 40 Hours
• Monday - Friday with occasional weekends

Physical Demands and Qualifications :

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching over head, reaching forward.
• Must be able to lift and and / or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products, uses and comprehend cleaning instructions.
• The ability to be flexible, work independently and as a team member.
• Experience in laundry, janitorial, housekeeper a plus but not required.
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Must be willing and available to work nights and weekends.
• Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
