Technicians
ServiceMaster Restore by Roth is looking for team members who love serving people in their time of need. We provide organized structural mitigation and content mitigation services for our customers who have suffered from water or fire damage to their homes or businesses. Our customers and team are treated as family, and our work is performed with the highest level of integrity.

What We Do:
- Water Clean-up, Mitigation, and Drying
- Mold and Sewage Remediation
- Fire/Smoke Cleaning and Restoration
- Moving, Packing, Warehousing
- Perform demolitions
- Set up and monitor drying equipment
- Clean up and debris removal.

Team Members who have the following will be a plus, but we are willing to train the right team members:
- Previous project and crew management
- Ability to effectively coach, train, and delegate
- Water, Mold, Fire Experience
- Construction or demo experience
- Ability to use technology
- Moving or Packing Experience
- Cleaning experience
· Must possess a valid Washington State Driver’s License with a clean DMV record.
· Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
Physical Ability to regularly (throughout shift) lift, push, pull, bend, reach, and use hands for repetitive actions. Stand for long periods and walk.

Salary: $19.00-$22.00
