Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in restoration or construction-related fields preferred
• Proven experience as a lead technician or supervisor in the cleaning and restoration industry
• Strong knowledge of restoration techniques for water, fire, and mold damage cleanup
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Job Description:

• Lead and supervise restoration and cleaning projects
• Provide guidance and training to technicians
• Demonstrate technical expertise in cleaning and restoration techniques
• Implement mitigation and remediation strategies
• Maintain detailed documentation of restoration activities
• Ensure quality control and customer satisfaction
• Enforce safety compliance and OSHA regulations
