As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading field production activities, ensuring the successful completion of restoration projects, and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Strong knowledge of insurance restoration and construction industry
- Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record
- Experience managing teams of 2 or more
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize activities and meet deadlines
- Working on-call schedule required
- Certifications preferred: ASD, FSRT, WRT
Job Description:
- Monitor and inspect tasks for restoration jobs to ensure completion
- Prepare and review documentation according to company policies
- Supervise techs and explain processes to customers
- Create estimates in Xactimate and adhere to industry standards
- Maintain quality control within project budgets
- Communicate effectively with customers, adjusters, and team members
- Contribute to the growth and prosperity of the company
