Job Responsibilities
- Completes assigned jobs according to company processes and standards, and maintains quality control.
- Completes sketches and scope sheets for estimates, completes drying records using mobile software; delivers complete and accurate information and photo documentation to inside team members.
- Multi-tasks to follow work orders, ensure appropriate equipment and supplies are loaded on truck needed for job and meets deadlines.
- Learns and becomes expert in the use of ServiceMaster's various software packages and industry processes.
- Completes ServiceMaster's online training programs for water and fire damage restoration.
- Experience in disaster restoration or remodeling
- Willingness to learn new technology
- The ability to report to work every day by 7:55 AM and commit to a 40 hour week, every week.
- Willingness to be on call one week per month for emergency services
- Valid Drivers’ License, reliable transportation and satisfactory driving record
- Move up to 70 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
- Must be able to wear respirator and safety gear when job conditions warrant
