We're seeking a seasoned restoration professional to lead projects and make a meaningful impact. This role involves overseeing and managing restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of restoration projects, adhering to IICRC standards and company policies
- Development of job scopes, labor management, estimates, and subcontractor coordination
- Scheduling and resource allocation with the Operations Manager
Requirements:
- 3 years of restoration experience (water, fire, mold, trauma)
- Strong customer service and leadership skills
- IICRC Certifications: WRT & at least two additional (FSRT, CPT, MRS, ASD, TCST)
- OSHA 30 & EPA RRP Certification required
- Proficiency in Xactimate & restoration job management software
- Compliance: Valid drivers license, ability to pass a background check, drug test, and a respirator fit test
