Oversight and Management of Restoration Projects from Start to Finish
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate water, fire, smoke, and mold remediation, trauma cleanup, and pack-out/pack-in contents.
- Evaluate and ensure adherence to IICRC standards and company policies.
- Develop job scopes, manage labor, estimates, and subcontractors, and optimize project timelines.

What You'll Do:
Project Management:
- Oversee restoration projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop job scopes, manage labor, estimates, and subcontractors, and optimize project timelines.
- Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation with the Operations Manager.
Field Operations:
- Conduct job site assessments, respond to service calls, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Work with technicians and field teams to complete restoration tasks efficiently.
- Operate and maintain restoration equipment such as dehumidifiers and moisture meters.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Strong proficiency in Xactimate for detailed estimates.
- Utilize industry software such as MICA, Mitigate, Dash, Docusketch, and Encircle.
Requirements:
- 3 years of restoration experience (water, fire, mold, trauma).
- Strong customer service and leadership skills.
- IICRC Certifications: WRT & at least two additional (FSRT, CPT, MRS, ASD, TCST).
- OSHA 30 & EPA RRP Certification required.
- Proficiency in Xactimate & restoration job management software.
- Compliance: Valid drivers license, ability to pass a background check, drug test, and a respirator fit test.
