About the Job
This position involves:
- Performing all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, tools, and procedures.
- Cleaning duties include sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, window cleaning, and moving furniture and equipment.
- Maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Using proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where required.
- Opening and locking facilities, enabling and disabling security systems as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- 1-2 years' experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper (plus)
- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills.
- The ability to be flexible and work at a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching overhead, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
