Seeking experienced custodial service workers to work 3 hours per shift in industrial and manufacturing BuildingsOur goal is to consistently provide a safe working environment for our customersClean and disinfect high-touch areas routinely in accordance with CDC guidelines, in spaces that are accessible to customers, tenants, or other individualsMaintain pre-existing cleaning protocols established in the facility for all other areas of the buildingEnsure that the facility has a sufficient number of employees to perform the above protocols effectively and in a manner that ensures the safety of occupants and employeesEnsure that the facility has a sufficient number of security employees to control access, maintain order, and enforce social distancing of at least 6 feet, provided the security employees are otherwise responsible for such enforcementThis position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer's buildings and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilitiesPerform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, equipment, tools and proceduresCleaning duties include : sweeping, mopping, floor scrubbing, polishing, trash pick-up and removal, windows and cleaning and moving furniture and equipment, etc.Maintain inventory of supplies and equipmentUse proper PPE where requiredOpens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as requiredWill provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learnHas respect and understanding for co-workers and customersAll personnel may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as neededJob Position Description :
This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer's buildings and grounds by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities. Other duties may be Assigned :
Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided ServiceMaster products, equipment, tools and proceduresCleaning duties include : sweeping, mopping, floor scrubbing, polishing, trash, windows and cleaning and moving furniture and equipment etc..Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment.Use proper PPE where requiredOpens and locks facilities, enable and disable security system as required.1-2 years' experience as a custodian, janitor, housekeeper a plus but not requiredWill provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital or school is a plus.The ability to be flexible, work at a fast-paced and in a multi-tasked job is a must.Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on timeHas respect and understanding for co-workers and customersMust have basic knowledge of English languageDisclaimer :
