Job DescriptionPreferred Candidate must have 5 years of management experience, excellent computer skills, strong business & marketing skills, and currently live in the York, Lancaster or Adams County, PA area.Job Description : This person will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of facilities we perform Janitorial & Floor Maintenance services for. This includes performing inspections of buildings on a specified basis, interviewing and hiring staff for open positions, providing feedback to employees, developing a professional relationship with customers and identifying / selling add on services as needed. Other duties will include but not be limited to the following.

• Maintaining adequate cleaning supplies at all accounts.
• Managing labor costs.
• Managing supply costs.
• Fill in work as needed. Must be willing to clean & lead by example.
• Assisting with special projects.
• Operating and monitoring service requirements for a company vehicle.
• Training new staff.
• Increase brand awareness and drive sales growth
• Development and management of the departmental budget to achieve revenue and profitability goals
• Ability to interact effectively with executives, co-workers, and all outside rep's and or vendors.
• Track and report updates on staff's productivityQualifications
• Previous Management experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Self-sufficient.
• Reliable.
• Good Driving record and maintain a Driver's License.
• Clean background as background check back to age 18 will be required.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Excellent skills motivating and managing employees.
• Available to work consistently between 12am and 8pm, Monday thru Friday, with on call availability some weekends. Scheduled times may vary depending on the need. Ex. account start ups, training, customer meeting times, etc.
• Monitor company phone as needed.
• Strong business and marketing experience in B2B and B2C markets
• Computer skills to include : Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point
• Ability to speak clear and effectively for public speaking events, presentations, key customers meeting, and engagement with executive management
• Both sales and marketing management experience at a senior levelThis position reports directly to the Owner and VPMust have excellent attendance and problem solving skills. Candidate must be highly coach-able, skilled multi-tasker, and able to manage team to meet or exceed company's growth & profitability.EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE : 5 years related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Please be sure you meet all the necessary criteria prior to applying.This is an Executive Management position and only those who meet the criteria and have proven Management / Leadership skills and a clean background will be considered.Additional InformationWe are a growing company in a professional environment.
