Job Overview : We are seeking to hire a Disaster Restoration Project Manager to oversee and manage restoration projects including damage from water, fire, smoke, mold and bio. While experience is preferred, we are passionate about the training and development of our employees. If you want to help people... we will train you!
THIS IS AN IN PERSON POSITION. POSITION REQUIRES YOU TO BE IN OFFICE AND CONDUCT JOB SITE VISITS.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage all aspects of disaster restoration projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to meet project goals.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Assess project risks and implement mitigation strategies and safety regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Assist in the development of your team members.
- A great Leader who is organized, motivated, a great attitude, and has a willingness to learn.
- Some management or project management experience
