What are the responsibilities and job description for the Restoration Technician position at ServiceMaster?

We are a locally owned and operated ServiceMaster Franchise that has been around for 30 years!
We are looking for people to join our team and grow with us.
Our ideal candidate is hard working, a team player, consistent in showing up on time and prepared and able to do a quality job. Daily work would include, but is not limited to, performing demolition, such as drywall removal, removal of flooring and other material affected by water, mold and fire damage. Preforming equipment checks, being in an on call rotation for after hours jobs and interacting with customers.
Qualifications include:
-Must be a team player
-Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
-Have reliable transportation
-Have a high school diploma or GED
-Must be able to be on call and respond to after hours work when it is your shift
Pay is based on experience.
Extra $5.00 an hour for hazard pay
Extra $2.00 an hour for after hours pay
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
