Talent Acquisition Consultant
ServiceMaster Brands is searching for a Talent Acquisition Consultant (TAC) to be responsible for full lifecycle recruitment for the organization's corporate-based positions. This includes partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand staffing needs and developing, implementing, and refining a well-rounded recruitment strategy to deliver quality candidates to fill assigned positions. The TAC drives all recruiting activities, such as intake meetings, job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, and delivering exceptional service to both the candidates and hiring teams. The TAC utilizes an applicant tracking system (ATS) to track the interviewing, hiring, and offer process.
