Position Responsibilities:
- Help create a cozy, home-like environment where everyone feels cared for.
- Support families by assisting with everyday tasks, teaching life skills, and offering guidance.
- Write simple notes to track the progress of each family.
- Attend team meetings to share ideas and learn from others.
- Make sure the shelter's rules are followed to keep everyone safe and on track.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply!
- Experience working with people living on a low income, or who are affected by mental health issues and/or addiction.
- Proficiency across the following skills: verbal and written communication, collaboration, organization, and use of computer and technology.
