Key Responsibilities:
- Union Negotiations & Policy Development: Contribute to collective bargaining, grievance processes, and the development and implementation of workplace policies aligned with ServiceNets mission and goals.
- Support and Guide Employees & Leaders: Build trusted relationships across the organization, fostering open communication, collaboration, and mutual respect.
- Investigate & Resolve Workplace Issues: Conduct fair, thorough investigations into employee concerns, grievances, and workplace conflicts, ensuring equitable and timely resolutions.
- Develop Training & Best Practices: Coach and train supervisors and managers on effective leadership, labor relations, and conflict resolution strategies.
- Advise Senior Leadership: Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership to shape employee relations policies and practices.
- Drive Organizational Initiatives: Lead efforts that enhance employee engagement, improve retention, and promote a positive workplace culture.
Experience:
- 2 years of experience in labor and employee relations, including investigations, grievances, and union negotiations.
- Leadership or management experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Solid understanding of labor laws, collective bargaining, and workplace policies.
- Proactive problem-solver with excellent decision-making abilities.
