Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Recruitment Operations: Oversee hiring activities, streamline processes, and track key metrics.
- Source & Build Talent Pipeline: Use innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for critical roles.
- Enhance Candidate Experience: Ensure smooth communication, efficient hiring, and a positive onboarding process.
- Supervise & Develop Team: Mentor team, maintain compliance, and improve team performance.
- Improve Hiring Strategies: Work with leadership to optimize workflows and workforce planning.
- 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- Team management experience required
- Strong knowledge of hiring best practices, sourcing techniques, and employment laws
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- Industry experience in healthcare, non-profit, or specialized hiring
