What are the responsibilities and job description for the Advisory Solution Consultant Employee Workflows position at ServiceNow?
As a member of ourSolutionConsulting team you will have a major impact on our future success by supporting Employee Workflow Solution Sales. You will guide revenue for ourproducts withthesupportand partnershipofSalesProductManagement and the executive team. This is a handson technical consultant who can go wide and deep on solution delivery and solution positioning during sales cycles.
- Assist the greater SC organization with discovery and qualification of sales opportunities with new and existing customers
- Provide deep knowledge expertise and thought leadership in support of the capabilities of the ServiceNow platform
- Deliver product demos using compelling story telling based on business outcomes
- Execute hands on workshops in a variety of scenarios to customers based on existing sales opportunities
- Assist and educate your sales and solution consulting counterparts on the value of our solutions as well as guidance around the best ways to provide customers with validation of value
- Development of assets that can be used by the greater organization such as Demos use cases stories competitive assets and more

For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $146625 $241950 plus equity (when applicable) variable / incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
