The Global Solution Sales GTM Programs and Sales Plays organization is on a journey to innovate across ServiceNows gotomarket (GTM) delight our customers and fuel our unparalleled climb to $30B. Were moving fast and with this rapid scale and dynamic growth were hiring a Business Strategy Manager to help us continue to evolve and optimize our specialist coverage for Emergent and Scale Workflows while also graduating our most mature Solutions to core sellers.
Reporting to the Senior Director Strategic Initiatives and Planning the Business Strategy Manager will play a pivotal role in working across our leadership team and with cross functional business partners to shape GTM plans that will continue to help us scale enable productivity in the field and deliver balanced growth across the portfolio. We are looking for a candidate who is a highly structuredstrategic thinker problem solver and collaborative teamplayer.

Key Responsibilities :
- Drive development and alignment of GTM strategy & priorities across our Global Solution Sales GTM Programs and Sales plays organization; as a central office ensure we have a cohesive plan across our teams
- Play a leading role in developing key strategic plans including our Summer Strategy package; drive informed strategic decisions that help us continue to scale and optimize specialist coverage and measure incrementality
- Play a leading role in developing our AOP1 and AOP plans throughout the planning process; help guide further informed decisions to put transformation into action for the next fiscal year
- Ensure transparency and direct input from our Global and GEO Solution Sales teams for agility to adjust course on whats inflight but also to shape new changes that will positively impact productivity growth and the sales experience
- Own cross functional stakeholder alignment (and governance where required) across product sales partner operations finance (including sales compensation) corporate strategy marketing pricing DT customer excellence and other key internal teams
- Lead socialize develop and execute strategic changes or initiatives aligned to our GTM strategy; partner with Workflow leadership (sales product) to provide strategic support as they innovate across their GTM plans
- Prepare executive level communications presentations and reviews / readouts to outline strategic insights recommendations and outcomes
- This is a global role requiring familiarity with differences across GEO and market maturity while being able to connect across time zones with stakeholders from each GEO
- Minimal travel required (10% or less)
